You're a clinician who is looking to embrace the philosophy of JOMO (joy of missing out). There is so much noise out there and it's challenging to know who to trust, what to pursue, what to ignore, and what to dive deeply into.
We extend an invitation to step quietly into our community of folks who are also craving intimate community experiences, trusted inner circles, and transparently compassionate support.
You may be ready to launch into your own solo practice, you may already a solo practice owner who is ready to launch into owning a group practice, or maybe you're a clinician looking for clinical supervision, or simply a supportive small community.
You're accutely aware that life can be challenging and beautiful. That business ownership is both exhausting and rewarding. You sometimes drop all of the things and cacoon, other times you accomplish more than you can believe.
You have a strong sense of values and are looking for someone to guide you in building your practice and/or services around those values. You strongly value not recreating the wheel and are interested in learning from those who have gone before you.
You're looking for intimate incubator experiences where a community is really intentionally built, focus is put on different learning styles and needs, and you're surrounded by a supportive community who is rooting for your success. You're looking to build work around your life, rather than your life around your work.
ABOUT US AND OUR SERVICES
Since 2011, we have been building and growing a solo-turned-group practice that is values-aligned and employee-centered. We started as just one, became a team of 5 by 2017, and currently have 32 valued team members. During that time, we have really focused on what it takes to create a win-win-win practice (one that makes sense for the clients, the clinicians, and the owner). We have several folks who have been with us for double-digits! We measure outcomes by how long our clinicians stay, how easily they are able to make a sustainable and thriving living, how they are able to keep themselves well, and thus how well they are serving our clients.
We have co-created a Collaborative Community Model of practice, in which we marry together the best of both W2 and Coop styles. We are guided by our values, vision, and mission and see these as our compass, giving us direction and focus.
We have been disheartened by the way that clinicians (and especially associate level clinicians) are treated in most "best practice" models and are fiercely advocating for doing things {DIFFERENT}.

Our focus is on experiences that settle our nervous systems and keep us in alignment with our guiding values. From this space, we welcome the quiet voices, creativity, and use the softness to genuinely connect to the authenticity of our true values.
